1. Returns

1.1. We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 3 days from delivery.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@edysian.com with your order details.

1.3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our product.

1.4. No Refund for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be accepted only for orders paid through online payment methods.

1.5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

2.2. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

3.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

4.1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
